Introducing Front Row Science

Science was never meant to be something that your students “practice.”

Instead, science is about discovery.

It’s about asking great questions, taking guesses, creating experiments, and being delighted/curious/skeptical about what you find.

Learning (and teaching) science was meant to be fun!

When we’re teaching students science, we’re showing them how to love learning and we’re preparing them for their futures.

That’s why science is so important to all of us at Front Row

A big announcement

Our internal team of former teachers has spent the last 6 months working with teachers around the country to create high-quality science units that are:

  1. Engaging for students
  2. Ready for teachers to use
  3. Aligned to NGSS

Starting today, we’re thrilled to announce that Front Row Science is now available!

With this initial launch, you have access to ten engaging science units:

  • Ecosystems (Grades K-2)
  • Weather and Climate (Grades K-2)
  • Forces and Motion (Grades 2–5)
  • Energy (Grades 3–5)
  • Structure and Properties of Matter (Grades 3–5)
  • Space (Grades 3–5)
  • Evolution (Middle School)
  • Earth Systems (Middle School)
  • Chemical Reactions (Middle School)
  • Structure and Function of Cells (Middle School)

Each unit comes with teacher guides, videos, articles, explorations, vocabulary lists, a design-engineering challenge and a whole lot more!

As we launch even more units over the 2017–2018 school year, we’ll be working hard to make science units that help your students love learning.
